SonicBloom Terms of Use

Effective July 8, 2026 · SudoBloom, LLC (Kansas, USA)

By using SonicBloom, you agree to these terms.

Photosensitivity warning

SonicBloom displays intense flashing lights, rapid color changes, and moving patterns. A small percentage of people may experience seizures when exposed to flashing lights or patterns, even with no history of epilepsy. If you or anyone watching experiences dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitching, disorientation, or involuntary movement, stop using the app immediately and consult a doctor.

The app is provided as-is

SonicBloom is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SudoBloom, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.

Audio capture depends on your device and other apps

Device mode relies on Android's Visualizer API. Some apps and some devices block or limit audio capture (for example, for DRM-protected content). We do not guarantee that visualization works with every app, device, or audio source. Live mode (microphone) is available as an alternative.

Third-party software and visuals

SonicBloom renders visuals with Butterchurn (MIT license) and presets created by the MilkDrop community, converted by the butterchurn-presets project (MIT license). Preset authors are credited in the app. SudoBloom, LLC did not create these visuals and claims no ownership of them.

SonicBloom is not affiliated with or endorsed by Winamp, MilkDrop, Spotify, YouTube, or any music service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, USA.
